Logan Majors
Hello! My name is Logan Majors and I am currently a Junior at Western Kentucky University. I am from the small town of Leitchfield in Grayson County, Kentucky. I am studying exercise science in hopes to pursue Physical Therapy school.
I first was able to hear about the Bike4Alz story at the end of my freshman year in college. It was the summer before my sophomore year and I was shadowing with a local Physical Therapist and he started talking about Bike4Alz and stories from his own journey completing the ride back in 2014. Learning about the impact that his ride and the impact that Bike4Alz has had in general was eye opening. Immediately I was interested in partaking in Bike4Alz when my opportunity arose, and to be able to serve for something greater than myself in hopes to one day find a cure for a disease that has affected almost 6 million Americans.
I am beyond excited for the opportunity this summer and hope that our team can serve and bring awareness to this terrible disease. I ask for your prayers along our journey this summer for safe travels and guidance along our way. I am riding for all those who suffer from this disease in hopes to cure Alzheimer’s mile by mile!
