Grant Johnson

Hello, my name is Grant Johnson. I am currently a Junior studying Mathematical-Economics at Western Kentucky University, and I am from Paducah, which is located in the far western region of Kentucky.

During my first semester at WKU, I joined FIJI, and started to build relationships with the people that had worked with (or would go on to work with) Bike4Alz. In the summer of 2022, I also rode a couple days with Team 10. Through the reIationships I had built and the experience that I had with Team 10, I started to understand the nobility of the organization and the ride, and that was something that I wanted to be a part of. 

Bike4Alz has a mission that is much bigger than one person. In fact, the mission of the ride is much bigger than our ride alone. Past rides have laid the framework and foundation for our ride, and our ride will do that for future rides. Whether it takes 10 more rides or 10,000 more rides for our world to find the cure for this terrible disease, I am honored to be able to help take 1 off of that number.
